Channel Development Manager:

We are looking for a Channel Development Manager to be responsible for establishing strong relations and collaborations with relevant system integrators and distributors of robot solutions.

As a Channel Development Manager at Nordbo Robotics, you will be responsible for driving the sales through the channel network that you establish. You will train the channel partners to make them capable of selling and installing Nordbo Robotics’ software platforms with end-users. You will drive the lead generation through active sales in cooperation with the channel partners, sales and marketing activities as well as assist with the commercial development of distributors and integrators. 

Other responsibilities:

  • Manage the strategy, business and activity plans, sales, marketing, implementation, budget, and commercial results for your market. 
  • Identify new potential value adding distributors & integrators as well as good fit end-users in the market to help create the demand for the Nordbo software solutions
  • Initiate, qualify sales and follow through to ensure successful sales in cooperation with the channels partners’ sales teams and Nordbo/Amphenol internal marketing
  • Establish, structure, and manage the sales funnel with your channel partners
  • Facilitate joint visits with distributors’ sales reps to end users and system integrators
  • Devise sales & marketing strategy and implement sales & marketing plans to strategically position UR in the market and create brand awareness via positive visibility in the market
  • Train, develop, motivate, and support channel partners continuously
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, webinars, workshops, live events etc.

As a person, you are proactive and can work independently as you will be responsible for your own channel network.
